Kwadwo Nini Owusu is the Managing Director of Enterprise Properties Limited
Enterprise Properties Limited (EPL) Managing Director, Kwadwo Nini Owusu, has highlighted the wider employment opportunities created by property management companies, urging students to recognise the sector’s contribution beyond its directly employed workforce.
He said property management firms support several businesses and service providers through their operations, creating jobs in areas such as construction, cleaning, security and other related services.
Speaking to students of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), at a real estate workshop organised by EPL at Advantage Place on Thursday, November 5, 2026, Owusu explained that although a property management company may have a relatively small workforce, its activities often engage numerous external businesses.

“How many cleaners have we engaged? How many security companies? How many construction companies have we worked with?” he asked.
He urged the students to look beyond the number of people directly employed by a property company and consider the wider network of jobs and businesses sustained through its operations.
Owusu also explained why some organisations establish separate companies to manage their buildings and office spaces.
Using Enterprise Group as an example, he said the group needed a dedicated team to oversee the management of its owned and rented properties, allowing its other businesses to concentrate on their core operations.
He further cited the Enterprise Market, where different insurance companies operate from a common location to serve customers, as an example of how property management supports business operations.
The remarks were made during the second edition of the Enterprise Real Estate Edge initiative, held as part of EPL’s 15th anniversary celebrations.
The workshop took students beyond the classroom through professional presentations, a property tour and a construction site visit, offering practical insights into how properties are developed, managed and maintained.
