Adamus Resources Pty Ltd of Australia has said its legal battle over disputed shares in Adamus Resources Ltd in Ghana remains unresolved, rejecting reports suggesting that a court ruling had settled the matter in favour of Nguvu Mining Limited.

In a statement issued on November 5, 2026, the company said media reports and social media posts had created a misleading impression about the outcome of the case.

According to the company, the High Court ruling being circulated was delivered in May 2026, and the reports related to that earlier decision rather than a fresh court ruling.

It explained that the ruling dealt only with an application for a temporary court order while the substantive case continued. It said the decision did not determine the dispute over the ownership and transfer of shares in Adamus Resources Ltd (Ghana).

“It did not determine the substantive issues in dispute regarding the ownership and transfer of shares in Adamus Resources Ltd (Ghana),” the statement said.

Adamus Australia said it had appealed against the ruling and that the appeal remained pending. It maintained that the central issues in the ownership dispute were still before the courts.

The company also rejected suggestions that all its legal claims had been dismissed or that Nguvu Mining Limited and related parties had secured a final victory.

It said questions surrounding the disputed share transfers and related company decisions remained unresolved and would be addressed through the appeal and, where necessary, a trial.

“Adamus Australia respects the authority and independence of the Ghanaian courts,” the statement said.

The company added that it would continue to pursue its rights through the legal process.

Adamus Australia urged stakeholders to distinguish between the May ruling, the pending appeal and the substantive ownership case.

It said it remained committed to protecting shareholder interests through lawful means and would provide updates as the proceedings progressed.
