  In the process of my literature review on the theory of hybridity; I came across this website; and it was really of great importance to find out that: a part from developed countries; such as: Cananda, Australia and New Zealand; one of the African countires: Ghana has adopted hybrid form of constitution. It is therefore, my utmost recommendation; through the research I am undertaking that: to avoid ethnic conflict in Africa and elsewhere in the world; like in Kosovo, Sri Lanka, Cambordia, etc; there is need to adopt hybrid constitution that can: accommodate amalgametion of ideas, allow minority of the citizens to command the rest; consider each and all severally in the country; focus on ancient authority and enlightenment values; and allow the colonizers and colonized, legally, to equally share the bread. In deed, the form of constitution can give a third pass way to develop something new _ for the new world. I am a Masters student of Arts in Sustainable Peace and Conflict Management
