    you think whores pay tax except where the legal in amsterdam???? Thats why usa has banks provide statements of accounts to IRS..so they can compare to tax payments

    this is why the country have to be centralised so that every region shd collect their own revenue and manage their own problems,there we will se the best region of the year.
