  K4 was useless in this respect. Everything Accra. Why? Busia's rural development policy was the best but K4 hid it under his mat. JJ did a bit ok.

  Since when did the capital of Ashanti region Kumasi, become Greater Kumasi Region? Doesn't even sound right or cute.
  
  Let us just name all the regional capitals;
  
  Greater Tamale
  Greater Ho
  Greater Sunyani
  Greater Whatever...
  
  I think Kumasi City Kingdom would be most appropriate and even cuter.

  Why is Accra called Greater Accra? Ofui, it's because Nkrumah planned joining it with the created city of Tema. Kumasi is growing fast. It is the largest city in Ghana in terms of population although smaller in size than Accra. Not only is it expanding at its borders, it has already expanded to reach towns like Abuakwa and Ejisu and will soon reach other Ashanti towns like Bekwai, Nkawie, Jamasi, Bonwire, Barekese and Akropong. This is why it is now being called Greater Kumasi. There are so many cities around the world that are growing like this. Examples are Toronto in Canada, Seattle in the U.S.A, Yola in Nigeria and Bonn in Germany. Learn to broaden your horizon and stop being an idiot.
