I am not an english scholar but I needed the above qoutation to buttress my point. Mr Ahoofe, I donot know your age but I guess you can remember the 1969 election. Prior to the election, the military junta made Dr. Besea, I mean Busia, the head of the chairman of the CIvic Commission with the mandate to go to all conners of the country to educate people how to vote and whom to vote for. He met the chiefs and the opinion leaders of every society on Ghana. Lo and behold, the same person became the presidential candidate of the PP party and with pole high advantage, had to compete with other candidates for the presidency.
