The EC hasn't supplied a single pink sheet. And so what's your point trying to condemn the petitioners for supplying over 11,000 pink sheets within a short time period. Mahama can never win this case!

Your argument is neither here nor there. In this day and age the NPP opted to use powerpoint to do their presentation but we were told the Supreme Court is not that equiped to allow that. And can you imagine, photocopying 11842 documents X 15 or so all within five days. Mistakes are bound to happen in the packaging. Nothing has been taken out or added to on the pink sheet itself so the proper thing to do in this case is for the KPMG to be mandated to audit the pink sheets as per the categories put foward by the petitioners. The mistakes by the petitioners as to mislabelling is not the same as, for example, the EC allowing people to vote without verification or presiding officers not signing which are against the law.

NPP SUPPORTERS ARE HALLUCINATING. IN FACT I WOULD NOT CALL THEM FOOLS FOR NOT SEEING SOMETHING THAT IS QUITE OBVIOUS. THAT THEY HAVE DEVIATED FROM PUSHING THEIR SPECIFIC ISSUES BEFORE THE COURT AND PUSHING THE MATTER OF ELECTORAL IN EFFICIENCIES AND NOT RELATING THEM TO THEIR PETITION. ONE WOULD LIKE THEM TO SHOW HOW MAHAMA AND AFARI GYAN COLLUDED TO SHIFT THE RESULTS IN FAVOUR OF MAHAMA. ALL THEY ARE PLEADING, ALL THEY ARE SHOUTING ABOUT. ALL THE COMMENTS THEY WRITE ON GHANA WEB GO TO,DEMONSTRATE HOW DIFFICULT IT IS FOR THEM TO ACCEPT A DEFEAT. IF THIS USELESS CASE HAD NOT GONE TO COURT THEY WOULD HAVE CALMED DOWN BY NOW AND BE BUSY PREPARING FOR THE NEXT ELECTIONS. BUT YOU SEE, SOME OF THEIR LEADERS KNOW THE CONSEQUENCES. OBETSEBI KNOWS HE WILL BE OUT. BAWUMIA KNOWS HE WILL GO BACK AND DO BANKING. ALL THE TOP MEN AND WOMEN WILL BE SACKED FOR NEW FACES TO EMERGE TO FACE THE NDC. THAT IS WHY SOME WOULD NOT MIND ABOUT HOW LONG THEY ARE IN COURT. THEY FEEL THAT THEY STILL MATTER ANDHAVE A SAY IN NPP POLITICS.

Lawrence, you are writing all this stuff thinking that only NDC people will read it. The NPP is claiming there were irregularities during the 2012 elections and have brought the case to court, rather than allow their supporters to take to the streets. The NDC are claiming that the NPP's claim of supplying 11842 pink sheets to the court are false; that they did not receive such amount. The first count by KPMG was reported to have found 13900 pink sheets at the supreme court registry. Gloria Akuffo is happy that even her party supplied more than the 11800 pink sheets to the registry. And you, Lawrence, are ridiculing the NPP in this instance. However, you seem to ignore the blatant stupidity and insincereity of Tsatsu who claimed he was short-changed but refused to tell the court exactly what the difference was! And the august court ignored such arrogance! I bet you also noted the insincerity of Afari Gyan who does not know, six months after the election, exactly how many ballot papers he ordered, or even the exact roll on the voters register - these are figures he still has easy access to if he cared, but for fear that giving the correct answers would implicate him. And you, Lawrence, want to tell the world that it is rather the NPP who are showing dishonesty? We are all watching the show and know the truth even before the court gives the verdict, so if you cannot be patriotic to the truth, then please just 'shut up', my Lords!

It is a shame that people who tout themselves to be legal luminaries would be fund wanting in a case such as this. They don´t even now why they are in court. A buchn of accomplished criminals parading as politicians! Never will they have the misfotunate to rule this country of ours. I could care less if the evidence is credible, or not! This is about court procedures period! The SC has greatly erred in this area in not making sure that the parties involved had their documents in order before proceeding. The respondents are largely to blame, and you are a fool if you think that they did not know what they were suppose to receive. It was their (respondents) duty to see to that prior to the beginning of the procedure. It is the court's blame in that it has allowed these stall tactics to occur. If you don't understand this simple principle, then you are just hopelessly stuck with illogical thought. In other words, you can't see the forest because of all the trees.

You are really confused. The petitioner's filed their petition with the Registrar, it is the Registrar's responsibility to distribute the documents to the respondents. It was also confirmed by a panelist judge that the count adds up. There is a disconnect between the Registrar and the respondents. It is the judges that should manage that, which they should done a long time ago. Now you want to go off the subject with all your innuendo foolishness. In all your comments you have failed to stuck with the subject being debated. I am not a party to any political group, but a stanch supporter of democracy and its processes in any country in which they occur. You obviously have no clue of which you speak, but would rather just spew rhetoric. Do you have any thoughts of your own as to the court procedure itself? I would like to hear of your opinion on how the process is from the time that the petition was filed to the first day in court. That is the only area that I have been talking about.
