Mr David Nsoh Amoah, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dasoa Company Limited, Bolgatanga, on Friday urged the youth to be focused and diligent in order to achieve success in life.
He said: “No matter who you are or where you are from, if you’re willing to work hard and play by the rules, you should be able to find a good job and support your family”.
Mr Amoah said this in Accra in an interview with the Ghana News Agency on the sidelines of the Ghana Export Promotion Authority's (GEPA) 23rd National Awards for Export Achievement - 2012; on the theme; “Providing Sustainable Motivation for Export Excellence”.
He said there was no easy path to success and today’s youths must be committed to their career.
He explained how he started his basket export business from a humble beginning in 1990, and had since travelled to many parts of the globe to conduct business.
Mr Amoah lauded GEPA for recognizing his efforts and pledged to work harder to win greater laurels in the near future.
He said by dint of hard work and being focused, he had won several awards through his business.
The CEO advised students to take their studies seriously since their future depended on their hard work.
