Drivers must take on the responsibility of improving the condition of the roads and their vehicles. They must also ensure that they are in good health by eating well getting enough sleep and weaning themselves off alcohol, anxiety and other bad habits. We need road crossing signs, and traffic lights in the villages. These will surely slow down speeding drivers.
