    Ghanians must know what happened to the US$3.5Million. At least, from the US$24m, that is the amount everybody knows for certain is not accounted for.

    Kan Dapaah indicated that GNPC had already mortgaged the drill ship as a collateral for a loan based on which Societe General procured an order from an Omani court to have the ship sold.

    Idiot, why don't you inquire why we owe Societe Generale in the first place. Your Ndc gambled with the ship by hedging on oil futures and lost. Who gave Tsatsu the power to solely use GNPC assets to trade in future markets?
