You defended Justice Kpegah to the hilt in the Kpegah vs. Akufo Addo Case. And you supported Mahama and Atugubah in the Supreme Court Electoral Case. Wasn't anything wrong with the Judiciary back then?
Praise God that you can now see the truth.

Your opinion here is an example of obfuscation to the contents of this article. But this is what happens when a prejudiced person comes to the forum with premeditated intentions.
Of what relevance is Justice Kpegah's Akufo-Addo case to the information and questions raised in this submission? Why the hell can't you guys make a little effort at reasoning sometimes?
What did the judiciary do to the Kpegah case? They refused to consider it because it concerned Mr lord-god-almighty Nana Addo Dankwa "The-most reverend" Akufo-Addo even though one of the accusations clearly implicated him in the murder of another Ghanaian. Is that "defending" Kpegah for you? It just about supports the title under which this article is written. We have a giant hurdle (probably a mountain) to jump if the judiciary is so damn corrupt and pretends not to know what justice means in Ghana.
For on thing, most Ghanaians would like the case tried as we want Akufo-Addo to offer himself a good occasion to come to his own defense. The fact that people would want to see him do this doesn't in any imply he is detested. He should only clear minds of doubts cast on his person by "frivolous" accusations because he has played a very preponderant position in political and social life of Ghanaians to be tarnished by such a case of this magnitude. For the other, it would put to ease the sea of Ghanaians who love him and look up to him.
Have ever questioned why, as an honorable man, Akufo-Addo hasn't been able to avail himself to say a word in defense of that case, or to counter the claims of Kpegah by counter-suing him? That was lethal to his credibility and image, and to a lot of people, this singular behavior must indeed be concealing hideous and criminal behavior of past.
I was accuse before, wrongly, and almost landed in police grips so I know what it means. I acted very promptly to unveil people behind the plot.
In life, what I loath most is accusations that linger.

So a woman is invited to a hotel to be cleansed of "blood covenant". She ends up "getting raped" by the pastor on that day, October 18. she waits until November 6 (19 clear days)to report to her sister and subsequently to authorities. Do we know what rape is? Having carnal knowledge of a person without his/her consent. If you should rape a girl and she does not resist, she will walk to the police station with all the DNA intact to support her case. I'm not saying she was not raped but even in America, the authorities will have difficulty prosecuting this case for lack of evidence. This woman might have bathed at least 38 times and cleaned all possible evidence. The "she did not shout" from the AG is quite lame because she could have been gagged. But she is not under age so the pastor cannot be charged with having sex with a minor. This case is very very weak by law.

Actually, the woman dug her own grave by waiting for too long before reporting the incident to her sister. She has herself to blame.

The constitution must be changed to give Citizens the OPTION to pursue justice per criminal cases at their own cost with their own team of lawyers after the police have done preliminary investigation and charged suspects. The AG’s office is often used by the rich, politicians and the powerful in Ghana to curb criminal cases from going to court. This has been going on for ages. This is how it works.
1. You report a case to the police against a suspect
2. The police conducts their investigation and gathers evidence
3. They then bring charges against the suspect and arranges the suspect to appear before a court
4. Then before you can say “jack” somebody from the AG’s office writes to the police to stop pursuing the case because in their INFINITE wisdom, the state either cannot win the case or there is not much evidence to proceed. GAME CLOSE.
How does this happen? GO FIGURE.

This writer has to go to the various institutions, Police, Attorney General's Department and The Judicial Service to find out how they work, the collaboration between the three bodies and learn before writing what will not educate the public. In Ghana, everybody gets up and write something without researching and feeds the public with so much rubbish. Find out how investigations into alleged offences start and where it ends. Find out what facts and evidence are needed to start a case and the ingredients of an offence that the law has laid down for a prosecutor to prove a case before you start writing your piece that ultimately shows that you are a very ignorant or uneducated person. Learn before you open your mouth to talk or take a pen to write.

It is the height of insanity for anybody to sit on a computer and write articles and stories that are meant to besmirch the church. Listen, the church of God has done a lot of good for Ghana in terms of education, health and human resource development and community improvement. If anybody can challenge this fact, let him stand to defend it.
I wonder why, we have all become so ignorant that every silly act by a so-called pastor or minister is taken on the face value.
There are millions of wolves in sheep's clothing.
Satan has his prophets, teachers, pastors, evangelists etc, just as there are Godly men/women of God. Satan's men do acts that reflect the identity of their master. They are wicked, thieves, promiscuous and sexual predators. Jesus said, 'Ye shall know them by their fruits"
For anybody to have a sweeping generalization that all "pastors" are men of God, is a sorry interpretation of the Scriptures and evidence of lack of understanding.
The author of this article "The Attorney General's Department is sick" as many do, may have a legitimate intention to point out the sickening behavior of some of these false pastors, teachers and pastors. However, people may wear collar to declare their priesthood status but it is worth pointing out that every priest, is not a Priest of God. Therefore, DO NOT ATTACK ALL CHURCHES, PASTORS, PRIESTS ETC BECAUSE THERE ARE GREAT CHURCHES, who have placed a lasting imprint on the lives of many and many communities.
