Yes.... we have turned into a parasitic nation, feeding on each other at the least opportunity and the saddest part of it is that the well-to-do in our society are the ones who take the greatest joy in feeding on the less fortunate.
Yes, they pay the lip service to make them look like they care about how the nation's coffers are being looted by those in power to the detriment of mother Ghana but if you dig deeper you will find that they just as corrupt as those in political power. They are the first in line to taste or take the 'freebies' offered by a branch of a corrupt government at the taxpayers's expense although, they can afford to say no to this 'waste' and say that that money can be put to good use by buying at least one or two good working ambulances for a hospital.
So Abeeku.... you are right on the money in your judgement that we are a nation without a conscience. We will feed on each other at the drop of a hat.
