  Penalty kicks and red cards as well as offside kicks are the most efficient way to ensure that the game mostly favour the Europeans and the other few bigs such as Brazil and Argentina. At the moment, the ceiling for Africa is SEMI-FINAL which the mostly European referees are helping FIFA to maintain. In actual fact, they are happy that our foolish officials in Africa are only seeking to reach the semi-final glory after they have spend millions to promote FIFA. If you doubt what I am saying, just watch the Cameroon and Ivory Coast matches at the just ended World Cup over again.

  Matches are scheduled with television time in mind. Programing are waiting to be aired and too many subs will eat into other programs. 3subs are allowed in case there are injuries of which concussion is one of them. If a coac ...

  Matches are scheduled with television time in mind. Programing are waiting to be aired and too many subs will eat into other programs. 3subs are allowed in case there are injuries of which concussion is one of them. If a coach decides to use his subs for technical reason rather than injury, that is his/her problem. Three is good enough. if any changes, then maybe four but no more.
