The Divestiture Implementation Committee has signed a contract with a consortium of local and foreign companies headed by sterling International Incorporated of Washington, on the divestiture of the State Insurance Corporation. The consortium will provide the necessary technical advise in the sales of 40% shares of SIC to a strategic investor while an additional 30% will be sold to the public.
