Ghana is better now than the 60s and 70s. Now instead kpokponsu/koko or kotomire stew and yams/casava some inmates are smoking weed and sniffing cocaine..

Kuffour, Rawlings etc could not do anything to change the conditions in the Prisons except Nkrumah who built a few new ones. Ghana will be the loser for any neglect of the Prisons.
Do not worry, Benjilo. When Kwaw Kese is made head of the Prisons in Ghana, he'll stop all this smoking mess. It has been said that many of the inmates are walking arounding singing' "smoke gets in your eyes".
