Parent-Teacher Associations Commended

Tue, 27 Jan 1998 Source: --

Parent-Teacher Associations have been commended for their efforts as improving conditions in schools. The commendation was made by the Headmaster of the Specialist Demonstration Primary and Junior Secondary Schools at Winneba, Mr. David Annobil, when he led newsmen to inspect a new JSS block project being financed by the PTA at a cost of ?11.7. He appealed to the Awutu-Effutu-Senya District Assembly, private organisations and individuals for material and financial assistance to enable the PTA to complete the project, which has reached the roofing level, on time. According to Mr. Annobil, the provision of more structures will make room for more pupils and students to be enrolled. gri
