On agriculture and industry, President Mahama is expected to state government's plans towards increased productivity, value addition to raw commodities and plans to stem the importation of goods the country has comparative advantage in producing.

The President would also touch on measures to address challenges to health care delivery throughout the country.

The sources told the GNA that the address would also touch on science and technology, details on the International Monetary Fund engagement, trade and commerce and social interventions that would improve the living standards of all Ghanaians.
