Bribe before recruitment into the police service started during the time of former Director General HRM, COP Alhaji Amidu and continued in the time of his predessesor, COP Patrick Atimbilla. Patrick Timbilla actually Knows about the scam. The money was collected on his behalf by the sheabutter seller, madam Aisha. That woman has been doing this since 2012. The monies realized is shared among the IGP, COP Timbilla, COP Rose Bio Atinga and COP Dampare. In 2012, the NDC recruited 5000 people. of the 5000, 500 of them went through proper police recruitment procedures. 2000 were NDC foot soldiers from the Volta Region and the three Northern Regions. The remaining 2500 were people who paid money through agents to the police administration top brass and they were mainly people from the Volta Region and the three Northern regions. Media men should go to all the police training schools now and find out. About 80% percent of the recruits there did not go through any recruitment process. They paid bribe to the police officers I have mentioned above. They are mostly ewes and some few Northerners.

I regret voting for NDC though they forged a visa for me to come to UK. Stupid people will vote for NDC. WE northerners will advise ourselves. Better to join the NPP than this Eczema NDC!
