These rent control people were not in ghana when government agency NPA rent and paid more than 2 years to NDC member. They should give us a break. They are aware 6monts will not work in ghana.

Pres JM please take this up very seriuosly. Its one of the targetting you can do to protect the vulnerable in our society. Please treat it as urgent. This rent advance thing in Ghana is not done anywhere. Its sinful.

for apartments or homes you pay 2 months usually, because if you sign a lease(contract) and don't pay they take you to court
