    What does that mean? Food prices have fallen? Cost of transportation has gone down? Is it going to cost me cheaper to send my car from US to Ghana? Workers get to keep more of their earnings as savings?

    Don't display your ignorance on this forum.

    The Producer Price Index measures changes in the average price levels of items produced in GHana. It has nothing to do with food, transportation or earnings.

    THe fall in PPI is most welcome.

    It should signal a fall in the overall inflation rate, which would be even better news.

    We need to return to single-digit inflation and greater fiscal discipline.
