  I'm not NPP, but, Bawumia was right - dumsor is largely due to lack of cash. Yet, this lying govt kept giving excuses such as problems with pipeline; maintenance & repairs of generators etc etc.

  You like all Ghanaians like to criticise but are we ready to pay realistic tarrifs fo water and electricity? Most Ghanaians prefer to steal power and water than paying. We want free things as if we are operating a communist ideology. We are all capitalists and care more for our pockets. We don't do governent work with honesty because it is nobody's job. We need attitudinal change to end corruption and up productivity.

  United Ghana listen to yourself! has the debt been paid?
  I think some of you want to be lied to every time before we will be okay.
  
  There is improvement but the debt has not been paid. So cash is the matter, eh?

  Obaa Yaa, it's only in recent months that anybody in authority has admitted the indebtedness to Nigeria over gas. That's unacceptable. In a democracy, govt has to be transparent & candid(to put it politely)

  KNUST failed to rusticate and report to the police a female student who beat up her roommate; the lecturers have been bought. It has been said that many lecturers lack teaching methodologies. What should be the minimum requirement in recruiting lecturers into a tertiary institution? Is it a masters degree or a PhD with a course in education??
  
  Professors in tertiary institutions must read GES directives. There are many important and useful GES directives which would help them.
  
  GES banned all forms of corporal punishment in Educational institutions but there are reports that some tertiary institutions are still carrying out this practice. Asking students to kneel down and so on.
  
  Lecturers in tertiary institutions must recognize the fact that students in these institution are adults.
