That is to suppose that Akufo has a probable and realistic chance of coming to power. In fact his chances are virtually nil and zero uncertainty. So spare your breath for that political opportunist and turn coat call Ndoum.

Of course, 'politics makes strange bedfellows'. But politics may well be the other name of endless possibilities. Perhaps that 'alliance' suggestion does make Dr Kwesi Nduom appear rather desperate. But I wonder if Nana Akufo-Addo will absolutely rule out/dismiss that possibility with Dr Nduom's PPP if that could help the NPP secure the needed votes to defeat NDC and hand him the power.
The reality is that on the basis of NPP's performance in the 2008 and 2012 General Elections under Nana Akufo-Addo, the party fell short. And given the current infighting in the NPP, Nana Akufo-Addo appears unlikely to defeat President John Mahama and the NDC party. I'm sure the NPP/Nana Akufo-Addo will embrace that possibility regardless of their political disagreements and differences in ideological principles. After all, Nana Akufo-Addo himself has a history of selling out his Danquah-Busia principles. Then, was Nana Akufo-Addo being 'opportunist' or 'pragmatist' or rather 'vengeful' when he supported and voted Dr Hilla Limann's PNP?

I will continue saying NPP is dead because they don't have any effective campaign strategy. The fact of the matter is that NPP cannot beat NDC alone in the 2016 general elections. Now tell me who is going to help Nana Addo to win all the 4 swing regions?Remember,in 2008 and 2012,NPP won only 2 out of 10 regions and lost both General elections?NPP should know what they want.Thank you.
