If the government appoint people like Allotey Jacobs and Mombaata on board of ECG how do you expect Management staff to be efficient

  • Ekow Jones 8 years ago

The same human beings are going to work so the heads of ECG should be held accountable. Heads of all the ministries should be made to sign performance agreement.

  • United Ghana 8 years ago

That's the point - no accountability and, it's the govt's job to ensure ECG is run efficiently. If they claim ECG is inefficient, then they're to blame. It's a sign of totally incompetent leadership at all levels.

Reading through the article carefully, the woman never refered to Ecg staff as inefficient. It is the opinion of the writer.
She refers to an inefficient billing and collection system. Govt should fix the system quickly.
