Access Bank Ghana has reaffirmed its commitment to customer satisfaction at the climax of the Customer Service week in Accra.

The annual celebration highlights the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.

Access Bank used the occasion to heighten staff awareness to achieving and maintaining service excellence as well as appreciating customers for their brand loyalty and decision to do business with the Bank.

Speaking at the long-week celebration in Accra, Mr. Kameel Adebayo, Executive Director operations and IT said a dimension in today’s banking is the rise expectation of the average customers hence the need to attend to the customers’ needs appropriately.

‘’With increasing technology and product pirating, banks and other organisations can no longer compete on products but from all exceptional services. As a customer forum on issue, I believe all of us know what we stand for at Access Bank.

‘’We appreciate these changes and have responded favourably in this area that we are living and want to bring sustenance across various segments of our customer base,” he said.

Mr. Adebayo said the Bank has taken a bold step to grow the E-banking platform access system and rolled out innovative measures to help with convenience banking.

“Just to mention a few, we have encouraged our corporate and SME customers to manage their salaries and income earners using our main access plus, which allows you to make online payment by just a click of a bottom.

‘’Similarly our ET cheque managers allow companies to manage cheques without visiting the banking hall with simple and easy to use E Time platform, you can actually track and receive information, you don’t need to send your staff through traffic and risk loss of your cheque too.”

He therefore expressed Access Bank’s commitment to ensuring consistent and continuous improvement across its processes and services in the best interest of stakeholders. He expressed gratitude to Roverman Production for its partnership and continuous support to the Bank to celebrate customers.
