But Mr. Charles Anyomi, nowhere in your article did you suggest the type of education that would help to rebuild the continent & its islands.
I suggest a root & branch reform of Africa's education system and institte STEMIC - Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Innovations, Communications.
We need a mindset where Education ministry is considered more important than Defense & Foreign Affaires ministries.
