The weather will be dry over the entire country - Meteo

The Meteorological Services Department on Saturday announced that the dry north-easterly winds wind blowing across the Sahara Desert continued to sustain the dry weather conditions over the entire country. The high grounds and the forest regions of the Eastern, Ashanti and the inland areas of Central and Western and the south-western parts of Brong Ahafo would experience slight thundery-showers in the afternoon.

Widespread mist or fog with a significant reduction in visibility values are expected over the sheltered areas in the morning becoming bright later in the afternoon.

The Northern sector would be dry, bright, hazy and sunny in the afternoon becoming fair and cold at night.

Maximum and minimum temperatures between 0600 hours on Saturday and 0600 hours on Sunday were given as: coastal areas, between 33 and 24 degrees Celsius, forest and mountainous areas, between 34 and 23 degrees Celsius and Northern Ghana, between 38 and 18 degrees Celsius.
