They were just building projects some of which were not necessary. sharing outboard motors, cooking utensils, bowls, vehicles and monies to their cronies , but all the did not win them the elections. and this is the reason for the huge debt left behind. in fact they very reckless in their expenditure coupled with corruption, sole sourcing of contracts, bus branding, suba, sada, naspa inflation contracts etc .
