Ghana Football Association vice president George Afriyie says he is not surprised by calls that his outfit should re-appoint former Black Stars coach Kwasi Appiah.
The campaign to bring back Kwasi Appiah have been massive- from ex players to current players all clamouring for his return.
The six member committee will begin the interview process this week and Afriyie who is on the committee says the groundswell support for Appiah to come back is normal.
"I am not surprised at all, he played for Ghana, captained the Black Stars and coached the team as well," he told Asempa FM
"He is the most popular among the coaches who may have applied- he is known y Ghanaians so i am not surprised."
