Joyce Dzidzor Mensah a one time HIV/AIDS Ambassador has made startling revelations about her late husband who according to some social media posts, died from an HIV infection.

According to a social media post by some people who seem to know the couple, the young man died after battling for his life in the hospital for sometime, until his unfortunate demise.

The late Edmund Akalilu a former student of Odorgonor Senior High School- who was married to Joyce for two years according to the former Ambassador, may have died through spiritual means.

Speaking to Afya Boadiwaa Fabregas on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah said she had no intention revealing the secrets about her late husband but due to the threats on her life by the friends of the late husband, she had no other choice.

According to her, the husband was into internet and sim box fraud but he was not getting the money he wanted so he together with some other friends visited a spiritualist who directed them to go and sleep in the cemetery. She told Fabregas that the husband suffered before he died.

''He was moved from one hospital to the other but we couldn't fathom what was wrong with him. Her mother who was also a medical doctor did her best but it yielded no results. We later took him to prayer camps but it also failed to yield any positive results.''

Joyce revealed further that, the late husband who was on blood transfusion became blind and paralyzed.

''He was on transfusion for sometime because he lost a lot of blood. Instead of the transfusion replacing the lost blood, it rather paralyzed and blinded him,'' she stressed. She also denied having HIV/AIDS adding, I do not have the disease as speculated. How can someone who do not have HIV/AIDS infect someone with it? That is impossible.''
