So if I, "akata", know what to do but can't get one GH person in the US to work with me nor those in Ghana (the locals) why is it hard to see why Ghana can't overcome her developmental challenges?
If I came to Ghana right now in 2017 and addressed your govt and said I will teach you how to build generational wealth acrosa all extended-families inside of Ghana and across the ocean within those GH-Americans families here in less than a 5 yer period...whom would listen, analyze then act?????????

I know a Chinese man, came to US, was a cook in a Chinese restaurant and couldn't speak English. Wanted a means to uplift his family and extended-family. Discovered an school that teaches one a FINANCIAL EDUCATION instead of an ACADEMIC EDUCATION. He got out his English learn books and completed the course-load. All took place in less than 9 years, I believe, maybe even less time?
Today, that same Chinese man, long not needing a "job", today makes $70,000 a month in passive income in one venture, not to mention over $30,000 a month in another venture, when he wishes too. Is his wife he them brought to the US and his kids plus their extended-family happy?
Are US-Ghanaian not smart enough?

PS: I can introduce that Chinese man to US- Ghanaians in less than 24 hours easily, face2face no costs, but they don't have the time. Other things are more important. They are no different than most Afr Americans...lost.

The other day former military office Nunoo-Mensah was talking about petty crimes and punishment. Well, we imagine he has his priorities on the other side, with people like Kufour an Jerry Rawlings who actually supervise the looking of the national wealth without proper accounting.
We are curious where Negus The Poet stands on those points!
