Politician and Businessman, Dr Charles Wereko-Brobby better known as Tarzan in politics is asserting on social media that the Flag of accountability in government is flying half-mast at the presidency.

The former Chief Executive of Ghana’s Volta River Authority, made the claim of his Facebook timeline under the facebook identification ‘Eyetarzan Anokyenana’ few minutes after the news of the Bureau of National Investigation clearing the Managing Director of Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), Alfred Obeng from any wrong doing in the contaminated fuel saga went viral.

The Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST) Boss has been in the news for allegedly selling some five million litres of contaminated fuel to unlicensed Oil Marketing Company, Movenpiina.

The Sector Minister Boakye Agyako had put together an eight-member committee to look into issue that shook the pillars of the country. But before the minister’s committee could converge to assemble evidence, the Bureau of National Investigation (BNI) has issued a report purging the Managing Director of BOST Alfred Obeng of any wrong doing.

Moments after the findings were made public, the owner of the defunct Radio Eye, Ghana’s first independent radio station Tarzan took to facebook to suggest the Flag of Accountability in Government is flying Half-Mast at the Flag Staff House.
