The Black Stars will host the Red Devils at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in a World Cup qualifier.
The West African giants have picked one point after two games and they need the three points badly following Uganda’s 1-0 win over Egypt last Thursday.
That win by the Cranes has thrown the group wide, and ahead of the game, Palmer says the Black Stars will beat Congo massively.
“We will beat Congo massively, I'm very optimistic about it,” Palmer told GTV Sports Plus.
“I will not give out the scoreline but we will beat Congo massively.”
