Asante Kotoko will earn GHC 150,000 for winning the 2017 MTN FA Cup after beating Hearts of Oak on Sunday at the Tamale Sports Stadium.
The Porcupine Warriors eased past their rivals after recording a 3-1 win thanks to Saddick Adams’ hat-trick.
For lifting the trophy, Kotoko will get GH¢ 50,000 as prize money and an additional GH¢100,000 to prepare for the 2018 CAF Confederation Cup.
The club will also receive GH¢ 2,000 worth of talk time from the headline sponsor MTN.
Hearts of Oak will pocket GH¢ 15,000.
