Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker Yahaya Mohammed has completed a move to rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.
The Accra-based side will announce the signing of the attacker in the coming days.
Mohammed, who ended his stint with Tanzanian giants Azam FC will feature for the Red, Gold and Blue in the coming season.
Information reaching footballghana.com indicates, the strong forward has signed a two year deal with the Phobians.
The 29 year old previously played for Al -Ittihad, Nice in France and Amidaus Professionals.
Meanwhile, Accra Hearts of Oak are likely to lose striker Kwame Kizito after he was linked with Swedish side BK Hacken.
The club has also ended their relationship with veteran forward Samuel Yeboah.
