Ghana midfielder Nana Opoku Ampomah scored for Waasland-Beveren as they thump Standard Liege 3-1 in the Belgian Jupilar Pro League.
Beveren were dazed in front of their vociferous supporters at the Freethiel Stadion when Romanian midfielder Razvan Marin headed Standard Liege in front in the 15th minute.
But Senegalese central midfielder Ibrahima Seck pulled parity in the 36th minute when he connected to Ryota Morioka's lofty corner.
Isaac Kiese Thelin handed Beveren the lead in four after the break before Ampomah sealed the victory for Philippe Clement's side in the 72nd minute before being substituted three minutes later.
Ampomah has netted five goals and provided two assists in 18 appearances to help Beveren to 7th on the league log.
