Accra Hearts of Oak winger Patrick Razak has expressed his readiness to leave the club after Guinean giants AC Horoya tabled an offer of $80k for the former Tamale Utrecht winger.
While Hearts of Oak are understood to be reluctant in releasing their star speedster, Razak is bent on joining the CAF champions league participants as he awaits on Hearts to give the offer a serious consideration.
“I have told them (Hearts of Oak) I would like to go so they are working on it whether or not to release me”, Razak told FOX 97.9 FM.
According to Razak, the offer from AC Horoya has been presented to Hearts of Oak and he is waiting to hear from Hearts of Oak on their stands. ” The offer has been presented to them (Hearts), everything has been presented to them so am still waiting to hear from them”, Razak said.
Patrick Razak is ready to join Horoya and is hopeful of getting the deal done as soon as next week. Asked when he will be leaving the country to Guinea to finalise the deal, Razak hoped it happens by next week.
“I don’t really know (when I will leave) but hopefully maybe this week or something like that, but as you know it is up to the management to release me or not so we are still waiting to hear from them”, he hoped.
Hearts of Oak have already lost key players like Kwame Kizito, Thomas Abbey and Vincent Atinga, and may as well lose Razak for the upcoming season.
