Hearts of Oak defender Fatawu Mohammed says his unending love for the club was the main reason behind his contract extension.
The talented right back penned a new two-year deal which will see him at the club until 2020.
''I am happy to still be a member of this family and I enjoy being part of this great club,'' he told accraheartsofoaksc.com
''I feel proud any time I wear the Hearts colours and I want to be doing that for the next two years.
''I will be doing my best and I believe my teammates too will be doing same so that we can bring trophies to the fans.''
Mohammed joined Hearts from now defunct Sogakope Red Bull Academy in 2013 and impressed with its youth team Auroras before gaining promotion to the first team.
Last season, he played in 25 league matches.
