Two male students of the Nkawie Senior High Technical (SHT), Weekend Today can confirm, have been sacked by the school’s authorities for allegedly engaging in homosexual activities on campus.
A source in the school revealed that the disciplinary committee of the school arrived at the decision after investigating claims that the two students were practicing homosexuality and were bent on initiating other students.
Some students who narrated the unfortunate incident to the media revealed that the school management announced the dismissal of the two male students during parade time.
The two affected male students were reportedly caught by the school authorities while practicing homosexual acts during Physical Education (P.E) time.
“The school authorities called us to announce their dismissal. They said their action is against the school rules and regulation therefore they cannot be part of the school,” the source said.
Meanwhile, the authorities of the school have directed the media to speak to Ghana Education Service (GES) on the issue, saying, “the school is not ready to talk about matter.”
