The company arrived at this decision with the consent of Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Guinness Ghana, in the face of ongoing legal proceedings will postpone the timetable set out for the settlement of Ghana Breweries shareholders.
