The live chat was held on Facebook and Twitter
Pepsodent recently held a Dentist Live Chat session on the 5th and 6th of September 2018 on Facebook and Twitter.
The brand gave consumers the opportunity to consult with their Dentist from the comfort of their homes.
Medical professionals in Dentistry, Dr Kwabena Asumadu and Dr Sandra Oyakhilome were available to help consumers get their questions answered.
Some of the concerns raised were on sensitive teeth.
Sensitive teeth can be caused by many ways such as brushing too hard thereby exposing a dentine or a cracked tooth and other ways such as:

• Gingival collapse, a consequence of periodontitis
• Tartar build-up
• A cracked or chipped tooth
• A recent filling
• Bleaching or other dental procedures
