Happening now at the Coconut Grove Hotel in Accra is a public forum on Ghana’s digital migration project organised by Joy News in collaboration with policy Think Tank, IMANI Africa.
The forum is dubbed “Unpacking Ghana’s Dance with China’s Media Dragons: the Curious Case of StarTimes.”
Stakeholders are hopeful the discussions will settle all contentious issues surrounding government’s agreement with the Chinese satellite TV firm, StarTimes which have been granted a tax waiver to extend DDT to about 300 villages in Ghana.
