Okor Nowomi FC, Division 2 side based in Sege in the Ada West District
Okor Nowomi FC, the Division Two club based in Sege, capital of Ada West District will engage Ghana Premier League side, Dreams FC in a friendly football match next week Sunday, 9th December 2018 at Kasseh, Ada.
The game, according to the organisers is to acknowledge the enormous efforts and support by women for youth who want to pursue a career in sports, especially football.
To further emphasise on the purpose for the occasion, the current two most influential women in ADA, Hon. Comfort Doeyo Ghansah, Member of Parliament for Ada East constituency and Sarah Dugbakie Pobee, Ada East District Chief Executive have been invited to grace the occasion as special guests of honour.
The match, though friendly promises to be full of fireworks as the Okor Nowomi players have declared determination to show their class against the Ghanaian top flight side so the organizers are entreating the general public especially football lovers of Ada to come to watch an expected exciting game.
