Former President of the Republic of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama is currently addressing supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as well as members of the media at the Pavilion A of the Trade Fair Centre at La, in Accra.
This follows the filing of his NDC flagbearership nomination form at the party’s headquarters Monday, December 17, 2018 prior to the flagbearer elections in January 2019.
John Mahama’s address centres on his plans for the NDC ahead of the 2020 elections, specifically the roadmap to the party’s victory in 2020. He also highlights his plans for the Ghanaian citizenry after being given the mandate to lead the NDC into the 2020 elections.
Aside John Mahama, Alban Sumani Bagbin, Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament and Professor Joshua Alabi, Former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), have filed their nomination papers to contest for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Presidential primaries.
