Fast-rising insurance company, Best Assurance have been adjudged the Promising Insurance Company of the Year at this year's Ghana Insurance Awards.
According to the Chief Executive Officer of Best Assurance, Franklin Owusu Asafo-Agyei, the company’s hard work, strategic plans and corporate objectives earned them this noble award.
With just three years of existence in the Insurance Industry, the CEO noted that the company is equipped with skills to respond to customer needs, adding that, claims payment in insurance is very critical to attaining and retaining customers.
He said, “We’ll make sure that we are able to make our current or existing clients satisfied so that we retain them and because of the satisfaction we give to them, they’ll be talking for us and in the circumstances, we’ll be able to get others coming from elsewhere to join us so that we will be able to go further”.
Being hopeful in achieving more awards in the future, Mr Asafo-Adjei said, “We would accelerate and move harder to retain this award and achieve many more in future”.
He further disclosed that owner of the Despite Group of Companies, Osei Kwame Despite, and business mogul, Dr Ernest Ofori Sarpong, are the two main shareholders of Best Assurance.
The Ghana Insurance Awards was organized to honour top class performance, professionalism and innovation across the Ghanaian insurance industry.
It also aims at promoting the growth of the industry through progressive competition, innovation and adherence to the highest professional standards.
