Kelvin Ofori has expressed his joy after scoring in his first appearance for Fortuna Dusseldorf in their 15-1 thumping of Benrath last Tuesday.
The Ghanaian youngster was handed his debut just hours after his unveiling but showed no signs of hangover as he registered his name of the scoresheet in the 83rd minute.
“It is unbelievable that I could score immediately. I got the ball, had space and a little time, then I took the measure and the shot was fine.”
The 18-year prodigy joined from the famous Ghanaian academy side Right to Dream on a three-year deal.
