Ghana Football Association Presidential candidate, Lawyer Amanda Clinton has made a damning revelation over vote buying in the upcoming election.
The only female in the October 25th election revealed she has received reports of some candidates sharing money to the electorates in order to win power.
The revelations come amid high tensions within the aspirants following the Vetting Committee ruling, which has seen Mr Osei Palmer disqualified.
"I met a few delegates who confessed to me about other candidates who have been sharing money to them ", she revealed.
In an interview with Saddick Adams Obama on Accra-based Angel FM 102.9, Clinton said she was elated to have become the first female candidate to contest for the Ghana football high office but she will not go beyond convincing delegates with her policies.
She said she will not join that train of financially influencing delegates to vote her in the elections.
To her, winning the trust of the delegates is the deal and not buying your way to the top .
"I want to win the confidence of the delegates and corporate Ghana," she added.
"I have a campaign team but I have not made it public to avoid being poached by other competitors"
The only female candidate among the the six (6) aspirants who successfully scaled past the vetting formalities also indicated she is yet to disclose her campaign team as a result of fear of poaching.
She became the first female candidates to contest for GFA presidency for over 60 years and could become the first ever female to lead Ghana football should she win the 25th October contest.
The enterprising legal practitioner is easily remembered for her standout role on behave of customers of the popular defunct gold dealership company, Menzgold Ghana.
