The sitting judge at the Criminal Division of the Accra High Court where four persons are before the court for the kidnap of some Canadian nationals, Justice George Buadi, has said he will no longer hear the case.
In court Thursday when the case was called, the judge said his days at Court are numbered and therefore he is not in a position to hear that case but rather a new judge would have to take it up.
All three Nigerians Sampson Aghalor, Elvis Ojiyorwe and Jeff Omarsar together with one Ghanaian, Yussif Yakubu have been slapped with conspiracy and kidnapping.
