Former General Manager of Accra Hearts of Oak now the deputy Minister of Communications, Vincent Sowah Odotei says that new GFA president needs a team player, loyalist and a competent person as his vice president.
The 12 member executive council were supposed to have elected a new vice president on Monday 28th October but have postponed it to 7th November 2019 to choose the second in command to the president Kurt Okraku.
Severally persons from among the 12 member executive council have expressed their desire to occupy the vacant vice presidential slot.
Among them include Asante Kotoko CEO George Amoako, Mark Addo, Samuel Anim Addo, Dr. Tony Aubynn and Frederick Acheampong.
But in an interview with Happy Fm, the legislator for La Dadekotopon constituency says that the GFA must look out for certain personality traits and skill in his vice president.

"I think we have a good leader in Kurt Okraku and I know he will deliver"
"However, the first thing the President and Council should do is define the vision of Ghana football properly "
"Going forward, everything must be driven by a well defined model" he emphasized.
