AshantiGold defeated Bekwai Youth Football Academy in a preseason friendly on Friday.

The exhibition match which was played at the Len Clay stadium saw the Miners cruise to a 2-0 win over the lower division.

But it didn’t all go their way as the scoreline suggests, the visitors gave a good account of themselves and made sure Ashgold worked hard for the win.
