Legon Cities are reportedly preparing a shock USD$35,000 bid for Aduana Stars midfielder Elvis Opoku.
According to Sunyani-based Nimdie3 FM the Fire Club could cash in on the 26-year-old who has not been relegated to the bench by the former champions.
The Aduana hierarchy have reportedly accepted the bid and are waiting for Cities to make an official offer.
Opoku has been linked with a move away from Dormaa Ahenkro after falling below the pecking order at the club.
The 1.75 m tall defensive midfielder rejoined Aduana Stars after returning to Ghana following a deal abroad.
